Myanmar Traditional Games

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game. Each player is dealt 3 cards; the digits of the total are divided by 10 and the player with the higher remainder wins. There may be offers to swap cards without knowing each card's value first, and deciding whether to swap is the main fun of the game.
In 2D, the player picks a two-digit number between 00 and 99, and whether they win or lose depends on whether that number matches the result at the draw time. There is no method that can predict which number will come up regardless of how the player positions themselves — it is purely random.
In 3D you choose a three-digit number between 000 and 999, so the chance of matching is lower; that is why the payout is higher. The result comes out the same random way as 2D, and no "number calculation" or pattern prediction method is reliable at all — good budget management is the best strategy.
